Little Cooper was found on the streets and has been very lucky to be in one of the amazing foster homes the shelter work with in Romania.

Cooper is estimated to be three months old. He will be able to travel on our October transport when he is six months old. He is social with humans, good with children, and can be dog tested upon receiving an application.

Unfortunately, he lost about 4cm of his tail. We don’t know how it happened, but we do know that it doesn’t phase him or cause him any pain. He is a very handsome boy with his tabby fur and spotted belly. He also has an incredibly sweet baby face.
